".... Over the past 9 months of fighting my case, many things were brought to prevent me from going home. This time I was truely innocent.The evidence shows it but there was no one else to point the finger to, so I got stuck with the blame. At any event of my trial I was guilty from the start.

On June 3rd 2005 I was almost aquited for my false crime. This was during my preliminary hearing. Witnesses went and described a person far from my description but pointed me out as the guilty party. I was the only one in an orange jumsuit in the courtroom so I guess I was picked out through the process of elimination. After cross examination, we went to motion of pleas. We filed a notion to surpress evidence. All physical evidence against me was illegally and wrongfully obtained.it was a 70/30 percent (chance) that this motion wouldn't pass but it did. And all illegally obtained evidence was dropped......so now I sit in a 9 by 4 foot cell. But with any luck I'll be out by '07' just before March. Just in time to see Wrestlemania.

I haven't lost the urge to wrestle but my passion isn't as strong as it was.....It's good to hear CcW continued running without me. I wish I could of been there.....Hopefully this is the end of my bad luck. I'm praying that it is. (Damien Liger) and I haven't seen each other since January but...we're both anxious to start pummeling,slaming,throwing, and hitting people with chairs....
